Dr Pollack is a professional, caring physician that makes you feel confident in his treatment plan for you. His staff that drew blood on my hiding veins were professional and able to draw the blood with one stick. The x-ray tech was caring to make sure you were comfortable through the procedure. Everyone let me know when to expect results and what to do if the results exceeded the timeframe.
