Dr. Semple and her team are fantastic! She listens to and answers all of our questions thoroughly and I can tell she genuinely cares about my child. Thanks for all you do, Dr. Semple!
The care provider was excellent. Front desk staff is somewhat rude. The office is locked until 1:40, but they tell you to arrive at 1:25, with children and limited seating in the lobby this not good practice. Perhaps change the appointment and arrival time to after the staff has returned from their lunch hour.
Listen to my concerns and help my kid to understand what is important for her needs
