Dr. Semple is awesome! She's been my daughter's provider since she was born. I pray that she never leave this practice.

My kiddo has aged out of Pediatrics. We have been with this practice since birth. This will be our last visit before college in the Fall. It would have been nice to receive some information to transition to a Primary Care Provider. During the visit my son was given a form to sign, which mom typically would do. The nurse did not explain to him what the form was or give him time to read it. I stopped them both to explain the importance of reading what you sign. Advocate for your health.
