The provider was very brief. Didn't really do much for me. Got me in and out rather quickly. I was not happy given it was my first time there and meeting her, she never introduced herself.
The care provider is good. It is difficult to get appointments for sick reasons. I got a spot after the fact rather quickly. So I was diagnosed with the Flu.
Ruby was very attentive, patient as I explained my reason for the visit which was pretty long, explained things so that I understood, I did not feel rushed at anytime, and she involved me in decisions. Following the visit she has been very timely in her responses to my questions via the portal. My response the her knowledge of my history is based on this being my first interaction with her and I was there for a specific issue as opposed to a yearly exam. I have a very rare chronic condition and she wasn't aware of it. When I explained it to her she ensured that I was also in contact with that specialist in case it had anything to do with the symptoms that were the subject of this visit. I was very pleased with my visit.
