Very friendly and professional!?

PA Grabiec was awesome, my wife was looking for a new PC and I suggested that she went with her.

The lovely ladies at the front desk were amazing! Also, the wonderful nurse that takes my weight (?) and blood pressure is always so calming and nice. And last but certainly not least, I cannot express how much I appreciate Dr. Ruby! She is absolutely wonderful. Thank you all for everything ??

I was glad I got to speak to a person. She listened to my symptoms, checked me over and prescribed medicine to help me.

The PA student was very thorough and professional during my visit. She answered all my questions and provided me with information to consider for my medical choices in the future. However, I was disappointed with the limited interaction from the supervising PA, who provided minimal input on my medical history and focused mainly on referring me to an OB. Additionally, my visit notes included items that were not actually performed during the exam. I'm sharing this feedback not to criticize, but to support growth and better patient care in the future.
