Dr. Gleason was thorough. He listened to me and explained everything very well. He carefully considered lab work and treatments. All the office staff was very friendly and they were even early on my appointment.

Dr. Gleason has a soul wrenching profession. I am grateful that such expertise is available. My hearing is difficult for anybody so communication is generally challenging. The office seating arrangement did not help with this. Dr. Gleason seemed to loose track of the reasons for referral to him. He might also benefit from some additional empathy training and how to better communicate with the hard of hearing and the elderly.
He is super kind and patient with my (adult) son. He answers all our questions, never rushes us. He always makes me feel like my son's health and well being is as important as that of his own children. Very happy we switched to Dr. Gleason!
The staff, the physician, himself - - excellent. The location the lack of parking - - a nightmare
Wait time was quite long. Provider explained that parking issues led them to get behind schedule. (I noticed the parking challenges last time I was in their office, too.) Perhaps they might need a specific day or block dedicated to virtual appointments only? I think it's more frustrating to have to wait for a virtual appointment than in-person.
