I was warmly welcomed . Ryan was on time and clear in his explanation about medication changes. I couldn't feel more comfortable and or recognized as a patient and a person.I feel blessed to have a doctor with the vast knowledge of my issue and how understanding, kind and clear about all aspects of my treatment . Dr. Gleason himself was a good listener, but apparently there are no simple treatment options for my condition. It took over 2 months to get an appointment with him, even though it was a referral from my Atrium PCP. The parking situation is abominable. Several of us who were checking in were late due to inability to find parking and figure out how to get to Medical Plaza II. Honestly, the Pine parking garage needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The spaces are way too small - you can barely get in/out of your car without hitting a neighboring car, and God help you if there is a large SUV or pickup truck parked near you. The road through the garage is also too narrow to accommodate inbound/outbound traffic simultaneously, especially if one of them is a large vehicle. Finally, I had to wait several minutes in order to back out of my space, because the garage was so congested with traffic. The parking garage is dangerous and an accident waiting to happen.
I was very impressed with Dr. Ryan Gleason. He made me feel at ease and he listened carefully to what I had to say. He is extremely knowledgable and I left feeling good about what he had to say. His staff was very good also. I highly recommend Dr. Gleason!
