I was at facility for Urgent Care, therefore I didn't have an appointment. I answered "no" to first question only because I was told when I came in they were short staffed & there would be a wait time. That wait time turned into almost 3 hours. Once I saw provider my visit went smoothly

My experience with the dr. (she introduced herself as a Physicians Assistant) was great. She listened and explained what she thought would be best. My issue involved not having all of the prescriptions called in to the pharmacy, then when i tried to reach Urgent Care, i had to wait 10 minutes for someone to pick up, another 5-6 minutes of questioning only to be disconnected. So...i drove back to Urgent Care to talk to someone in person who against asked a million questions - name, cell, issue - then told to wait while the information went to the "back" for triage(?). When i asked if there was a direct number for Urgent Care i was given the main number for One Health, and when i said i had called that but had to wait 10 minutes for someone to answer it, she said: "Oh, we don't answer that phone!" When i said i had found that out and then waded thru another 5-6 minutes of questions only to be disconnected, necessitating me driving back to the facility to remedy the problem. Her response to me: LOL - that's too funny!" No apology for my inconvenience! When she seemed to be having trouble understanding what my problem was with the prescriptions, i showed her on my portal that one was called in, one wasn't accepted by my insurance, and the third one said i should take the written prescription to any pharmacy for filling -- I WASN'T GIVEN A WRITTEN PRESCRIPTION and it was for a basic Z-pak which i have had called in before without an issue. Then, when the word came up from the back that they had called it in, the receptionist took issue with me continuing to wait in the waiting room until i got the confirmation text from CVS that the prescription was called in. Once that came in, i was on my way, but it definitely shouldn't be this difficult, and take two trips to get taken care of. And not once was there any concern for MY inconvenience, no effort made to mitigate the situation in a professional way. Even an "i'm so sorry, let me see how i can help take care of this" would have gone a long way. I understand that i wasn't at my most patient, but my excuse was that i wasn't feeling well. I will say i have been to this facility twice before and had very positive experiences.

Excellent service and explanation of my injury. She gave me a plan of how to move forward with exercise and a prescription for the pain as needed.
