First visit with this nurse practitioner. Felt comfortable and heard.

Wait times to be seen by the actual provider was unacceptable. After getting to the back and in an exam room it took 28 minutes to be seen. Visit was also very rushed. They seemed to be very short-staffed. It was just not a very welcoming or caring experience.

Always a great and positive experience. The provider is attentive, compassionate, and makes me feel comfortable and cared for at every visit.

Both the nurse and doctor I had were fantastic. They talked me through the whole procedure, made sure I knew what every sensation I was feeling was, she never made me feel patronized, and it was such a comforting experience, which I needed considering it was my first time without a support person. I really appreciated the calm and friendly atmosphere and everyone was great. I've never had a better experience with an OBGYN, and I appreciate it so much.
