Letting people know ahead of time (before arriving) that the provider is behind schedule would be nice. I came early for my appointment to make sure I was on time and still ended up waiting for 30+ minutes.
I felt the provider was excellent and dealt with my concern(s) in both an effective and sensitive way. The only complaint I might have is having to wait for quite some time for the provider in the exam room after seeing the nurse. I understand my records probably had to be studied before I was seen, etc., but there was just the slightest sense of "hurriedness" and that there was just a little less time to spend with me (the patient) than is ideal. Otherwise, everything was very good!
Gaston was so nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable, the second she started talking. She gave me options and let me decide what I wanted to do. The best experience at an OBGYN appointment I've ever had!
I was seen half an hour late. I was there for my 6 week postpartum checkup and they didn't know if I had vaginal birth or c section. Told me I needed to make an appt at my other office. The provider I saw was extremely nice and I would see her again. Seems like the office is unorganized, though
