Great experience with the staff in this office. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Nurse and surgeon took lots of time to make sure they had all the information they needed from me to discuss my health situation. Felt comfortable and confident about my care. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Biscette and her team were so thoughtful and kind. They made sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision for me and took the time to answer all my questions. They even squeezed in a quick exam on top of the consultation to make sure they had all the information they needed before I returned home. Warm, friendly, informative -- 10/10!

I always have pleasant interactions with Dr. Biscette and her team. She's very attentive and always makes it known to me that she is here to provide me with the care that I desire rather than trying to force a care plan onto me. I always feel that I'm being listened to and she does her best to make sure she isn't making assumptions on what I may or may not want. Some patients don't want to know the details about what happens to them while they're under anesthesia, but when I told her that I did, she made sure to explain things to me in detail and also drew images for me and let me know what to expect for an upcoming surgery. This small gesture helped to ease my anxiety about getting surgery and being unconscious for an unknown period of time. I have also been able to get an appointment with her fairly quickly, which always surprises me.
