This was my first visit with her. She covered more thing's concerning my health and well begin than any team of doctor's i've ever had.

While I (we) were very impressed with the specific physician, it took a long time to actually get the appointment. And now that we have connected, the decisions that need to be made are going to be difficult and require 'more assistance' and follow up. We are hopeful that this provider is that kind of person...yet to know how to tell about 'next steps'.

Dr. Shan always explains things in the way that I can understand. She takes her time with me & makes me feel like what's going on with me is important, instead of rushing to the next person. And she listens to my questions & answers them in the best way that she can. I ALWAYS leave Dr. Shan feeling like everything is going to be alright.

As a first time patient I was very satisfied with the level of care provided by the entire staff. Dr.Biscette listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions.

The call was late, but the nurse apologized for the delay.
