She's only available in Lincolnton once a month which makes it difficult getting an appointment. Dr. Saxonhouse is an extremely skilled and a superb physician.

Dr Saxonhouse is a highly qualified and distinguished surgeon. However, I think she needs to invest more time upfront in getting to know her patients and understanding patient's medical history and reactions to medications. It is difficult as a patient relying on text messages from her staff in MyChart. Feels as if the doctor is not being kept informed and results in misunderstanding of how medication should be taken and side effects being experienced. Dr Saxonhouse is respectful, truly cares, and I admire her outstanding accomplishments greatly.

Dr Saxonhouse is great she explains everything so I know what's going on with my heart.
My appointment was for 11:30. Arrived at requested 15 minutes ahead, was checked in. Waited to go in office about 12:10. Did not see MD until 1:15 pm. Was updated once for delay.

Dr Sherry speaks to you not at you which has been an experience with other providers. I appreciate her taking the time for understanding and to explain in detail when ask questions in a way that I understand ,thank you so much
