I arrived at 8:30 (30 min prior to spot. As advised. Waited 40 minutes to go back to patient room. Medical assistant took vitals and upon leaving said provider was busy but will be in shortly. After waiting for a hour and half for someone (doctor? Med assistant) to return, I walked to the reception area to let them know that I had to get back work. I was completely disappointed as this was an appointment to establish myself as a cardiac patient.
I had not seen my doctor in close to 2 years. I did not find the people who saw me in between to be very helpful in my care. I was definitely glad to see my doctor and find a way to get a question to her.
