Dr. Brown is an amazing doctor. Her care and concern for each patient is evident in every interaction I have had with her. I highly recommend her to every one of my friends!
Dr Brown took time to listen and advise. She also gave me a GYN exam, which amazingly not all gynecologists do anymore. (What would be the point of a visit if there wasn't a hands-on portion?) I am very grateful for Dr Brown's care.
My appointment was scheduled for 11:45am. I arrived at 11:30am as requested. Immediately upon entering, I saw on the board in lobby that the provider was running 45 minutes behind. It was 12:45pm before I was called back and then I waited about 20 minutes for the provider to come in for a 10 minute visit. I understand that things arise, however, I have see this provide for several years, and this is a pattern. It would be courteous for someone to call patients to inform them that provides are running behind so that we can come later. I would not have had to leave work quite as early. Perhaps I could have gotten lunch. The patient's time is just as valuable as that of the provider and others in the practice. Communication regarding a delay in being seen would be appreciated.
I always feel the love and makes me feel like family not just a patient
Susan Brown is very good at helping ease my anxiety. She is very friendly and funny as well. I've hated going to these appointments but she helps me a lot getting through them. My surgery outcome was wonderful also, I'm very pleased!
I have been with Eastover for years and have always received efficient and thorough care. Dr. Brown is caring, personable and knowledgeable. The staff has always been friendly and efficient as well.
Dr Brown is an awesome OBGYN. I live in Indian Trial where there was an office. Now I am driving to Arboretum because I don't want to change Dr's
Dr Susan Brown is great
I saw Dr. Brown a full TWO hours after my appt time. It was just before lunch and I completely understand emergencies and things running over, but no one came in to apologize or explain--though I had to ask at the front desk after being in the waiting room for 45 minutes, then ask the CNA's after being in the exam room for another hour-ish. Then Dr. Brown said absolutely nothing about being 2 hours behind. She was very kind, engaging, listened well, but not one word about being so far behind. I also question a practice that doesn't even remotely think there is a possible benefit of bio-identical hormones. She said if it worked "wouldn't we all be doing it?" And there are MANY doctors in Clt who do it with great success. I wasn't at all convinced that's what I needed, but being open to it would have been helpful. Especially in light of the poor service. However, again, she was kind and listened well. The CNA also was very conversational and thoughtful.
Love Dr Broen
