I gave a rating of 7 for the questions regarding recommending the provider because there were a few things that were less than optimal for me. The original appointment I made was rescheduled by the provider which forced me to try to find another date and time that worked. Also, I was repeatedly reminded to get there 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time (which i did). When I arrived, the board in the waiting room indicated that Dr. Brown was running on time. I was brought to the exam room a few minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Based upon the experience up to this point, I expected to wait perhaps 15 minutes for Dr. Brown to arrive and begin the exam. However, I sat in the exam room for more than 40 minutes before she come into the room to begin the exam. No one advised me of a delay during this time. When I peeked my head out of the exam room and asked the nurse what was going on, she said Dr. Brown has a lot of back to back appointments and I would be next. I then asked her how long that might be and she said it could be 10-15 minutes longer, which would be an hour sitting in the exam room, with nothing to do, dressed with only a robe. I absoluely love Dr. Brown, but these two items did not sit well with me. I wonder what I would have been told if I arrived 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
