Would liked to of had time to ask questions about the new med! Like is there a generic for this med and what if I can't tolerate this med? She covered a lot in this visit!
I don't believe Dr. Tanu listened to my concerns until I became insistent. At one point, she became defensive and I felt uncomfortable to ask further. I am the patient. I want to walk away feeling at peace, not keep sending messages after an appointment. My appointments are usually at the end of the day, so she may be feeling tired at that point but this is about my health. When I ask questions, it is not an intention of doubt--it is about me.

She told me that my urine sample was fine. I didn't have a urine sample-only a blood test. We are just keeping an eye on my parathyroid every six months. But really don't know if there is anything I can do to keep it doing what is suppose to do.
