Dr Chandra is the most professional, detailed and compassionate Doctor I have ever experienced. I trust her and feel like she sincerely cares about my well being.
Dr. Chandra seems to be spread very thin. She did not come into my room until 50 minutes past my appointment time. I was not taken back with a nurse until about 30 minutes past my appointment time. Dr. Chandra seemed rushed. I understand she needed to take a few minutes to review my files, bloodwork, medications, etc... but we did not discuss the options related to treatment of my Graves' disease like she stated we would at my previous appointment. She did not ask if I had any questions. It just felt rushed through. She is a very knowledgeable doctor and I trust in her treatment plan, but I was definitely dissatisfied with how this appointment went.
We were in a rush. I was there on time, and waited in the room for 30 minutes, I had to leave to pick up my neighbors kid. She was with 1 patient that I know of for a hour.
The best care from the doctor and the staff, all very kind and professional.
Dr. Needs to work on bedside manner and the way in which they ask questions and try and gather information from patients.
