Great experience, like always. She listens to me, if something is not Working for me she suggests, other options. Went over my lab results, with me and My med's. Reminds me about, test to be done.

Dr. Phelps and her team are so awesome. They didn't contact me in the past 6 months because they had no reason to. Don't hold that against them. If I needed them, they would be there. Dr. Phelps, Tiffany and Deann are true assets to Shelby Family Practice. I thank them for the great care they provide.
