Dr Phelps is a great PCP because she engages with her patients and listens to you. She genuinely wants to help you and cares about your health and your comfort. She never makes you feel like you're just another number she has to hurry up and get out of the way; you feel like a person with her.

Dr. Phelps, her nurses and the outer office staff are always very helpful, friendly, courteous and proficient in their job duties. It is always a pleasure seeing them, even though I am scheduled quarterly due to my diabetes diagnosis.
