Dr. Augenstein was very personable and explained everything to what I could expect during and after surgery I'll be having in the future. The other ladies that met with me were also very personable.

Very knowledgeable and respect the expertise. The info in the notes was not completely accurate regarding the discussion and deliverables including white board and anatomy overview which was not reviewed. The outcome wasn't what was expected but understood. The alternatives and a plan to achieve readiness would have helped to understand the best way to resolution
