Dr Downey is an exceptionally nice and knowledgeable doctor. I am very pleased to be his patient. The only problem is, partly because of his strong personal qualities, it takes a long time to get an appointment with him. The Sanger Clinic's practice of not making appointments past the end of the current year is unusual and not very patient-friendly. But I know I am getting excellent care.

The process for making an appointment is always difficult. The process definitely needs improvement
