Dr. Shepard is an excellent Provider. He is very up to date with his literature and allows for patient input into their plan of care.

Allen Shepard is an EXCELLENT DOCTOR! Only wish it were easier to get an appointment with him and that his schedule stayed on time. HIRE MORE D.O. DOCTORS LIKE HIM PLEASE. I did have some concerns about some of the side effects of one of the drugs he prescribed. And there was one or two things I would re-phrase in the Notes.

Need to be more timely, waited 45 minutes after being brought to my room to see the doctor.

1. Walk-ins seem to push those who have scheduled appointments to a much later time. I don't mind waiting but it was an hour and a half until I was seen. If you're going to choose to accommodate walk-ins, it shouldn't be at the expense to those who made an appointment weeks in advance. 2. I do appreciate though that the doctor took the time to do what he had to do despite the backlog.

Dr. Shepard was extremely caring, compassion, and spent a significant amount of time with our daughter to take care of complex medical needs. We were very, very impressed.

I think Dr. Allen Shepard is a kind & competent doctor. He came highly recommended and Iwouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I look forward to my next visit.
