Dr. Shepard is really great. Very patient, very communicative, and does a great job explaining any concerns and different treatment options.

I intentionally schedule in the morning to avoid appointments taking a long time but the past two I've had were just wellness visits and took right at two hours. I've had my primary care at different atrium offices for over a decade and they never took this long. I do enjoy the staff, nurses and doctors. It's just always a long wait.

This practice has excellent providers and clinical staff. The administrative staff are very helpful and everyone is supportive. I have recommended Dr. Shepard to several friends who have followed up. I have been with this physician for many years and hope to continue with the practice.
