Dr Shepard is the best doctor I have ever had and it's not even close!

I feel more comfortable with Dr. Shepard than any former physician I've ever had. He hears me, and intuitively knows where to fill in my understanding. He doesn't talk down or at me, but rather with me. I feel aligned with him in the sense that we share the same beliefs about holistic prevention and treatment. Whereas, other providers just want to increase revenue, and it comes through. This gives me trust in Dr. Shepard .

Dr Shepard is outstanding but you billing department is full of unhelpful and rude staff.

Dr. Shepard was awesome! Will definitely continue making appointments with him moving forward.

Wait time to be seen was very long. I was not seen by the doctor until more than 1 hour after the appointment time.

This whole team from front desk to nurses to Doctor Sheppard is always a delight. They are kind, knowledgeable and person-focused in a way I have previously never experienced.

From the front office to nurses to provider, all were professional and made me feel welcome and comfortable.

First time seeing Dr. Shepard. He was fabulous. Will definitely be returning.
