felt very rushed- same old rx even though had problems in the past and have me a second rx to take care of first one. not working after 4 days in. feel like i get the brush off at this office!!
Dr. Hatchell is an outstanding professional. He listened to my issue and how I was feeling, reviewed my chart and came up with a treatment plan. He is very caring and explains things clearly. I am truly grateful for the care he provided for me.
I had checked online to get an appointment with my regular doctor and he wasn't available for a week. I felt I was getting bronchitis which I get one through twice a year so I made an appointment with another provider I thought was at the Shiland location but was actually in Rock Hill, SC. I checked in online and came to the wedding room at Shiland and one of the ladies at the front desk ask if I've done a check in. I explained ahead and she asked me my name and date of birth and got very concerned. She said you are a patient of Dr. Hazel's correct I explained to her the situation that I thought I was getting bronchitis and he knows my history very well. She then told me I had made an appointment with another provider in rock Hill, South Carolina. I apologize and asked if I had time to get there and she said if you'll just sit down for just a moment I'll see what I can work out. She got me in to see Dr. Hatchell and I was so very grateful for every single person in that location that day. I did have bronchitis and Dr. Hatchell knew exactly what to do so I was very grateful for the lady who helped get me in and for Dr. Hatchell for seeing me I was touched that they went to that much trouble. Thank you.
Prompt & professional in all aspects of care. Dr . Hatchell is one of the best doctors I have ever been treated by.
Dr. Hatchell has the highest levels of knowledge about medications and illness more than anyone in the office. My husband and I been to many doctors at the same office or different locations. Dr. Hatchell resolved in 1 visit.
