Dr Hatchell was interested in my health condition and allowed me to ask questions. He suggested a sound path of follow up appointments to help diagnose and correct my condition. Staff was competent and friendly.

After I was told that there was no opening for weeks with my regular GP, I was able to get into a cancellation slot.
