After I was told that there was no opening for weeks with my regular GP, I was able to get into a cancellation slot. I had not seen Dr. Hatchell in years, but I found that he was very welcoming, kind and listened to my concerns. If I can, I will definitely see him, again in the future, when my regular GP is fully booked, which is often.
Dr Hatchell is excellent. He listens to all of my concerns and explains everything clearly. He is professional, personable, and cares about his patients.
