Facility was very clean and everyone was very personable making an intimidating visit most comfortable
My provider was patient while listening, offered solutions and led me to the next step very smoothly. With her referral, I now will be meeting with the special person I need.

It felt like they didn't really know what was wrong with me. It was early in the morning, providers even said they were just waking up, I didn't really feel at ease after hearing that. The whole experience just felt saddening.

My Atrium doctor was not avaliable. One of the women at the front desk helped get me into Urgent Care. Urgent care RA was excellent. Applied care and showed interest in my concerns.
