This urgent care visit was easy to schedule and quick to get in. Doctor seemed confused about my health situation. I ended up going to another specialist a few days later.

This was the first and only medical facility in Charlotte I've gone to where every single person was extremely nice and relatable. The nurses and the doctors make you feel so comfortable and secure . I wish they could train other hospitals on hospitality and how to treat patients.

I really don't like the way Blood Pressure is taken in most of the offices. There is no focus on arm placement (alignment with the heart) or talking and doing other things during the testing.

Just a big thank for being there.

Jessica was caring, thorough and obviously knows what she is doing. Appreciated her during my visit to urgent care.

She was Definitely an Awesome Provider and I wish she was at my Providers location so I can see her when my Provider is unavailable however Im forever grateful that she was T the Urgent Care to take Great Care of me when an appointment wasn't available at my Providers Office anytime soon.
