Our family appreciated the time and patience Dr. Naumann gave us with our concerns and questions.

It's not regarding the provider. It's about the facility and navigating the parking and finding the office. It was HORRIBLE. I spent 35 mins trying to figure out where to park, how to get to the parking and where to walk from the parking lot to the office building. Once in the building NOTHING is marked or had signage to direct you which way to go. I was in tears trying to find my way around the complex. I have NEVER been to a medical facility so poorly directed. I can't imagine how someone who has cognitive decline or limited mobility manages. This issue should be a top priority for improvement.

I had already seen a nutritionist at my radiologist, which is the reason I didn't receive oemr need that serbmcice here and answered no to that question. Otherwise the care here has been nop notch and all the nurses and Dr Naumann have been friendly and fabulous!

I love Dr. Naumann and the staff at LCI. Everyone there is very polite and caring from the dr, nurses, admin and lab staff.

My experience with my health providers at LCI has been one that has helped me feel as comfortable as possible with my diagnosis. They all have been supportive and caring.
