I'm am never called about followup appts, they are just made for me, often at inconvenient times. I am told appts cant reallt be changed to accommodate my work schedule/personal needs. I dont think anyone has ever written down what appt times work best for me. Scheduling is a huge issue in the office and also ar the infusion centers.
