I didn't see my dr until over an hour after my appointment. I do understand things happen and run behind but it was never communicated to me that they were late until I ask why I hadn't been called back.

Everyone was so nice and patient

It is quite confusing to enter through the over-road walkway from the parking deck onto the 4rd floor of the center. No signs there announce you must register in the 1st floor lobby. This results in extra walking and, if you are fatigued to start, you end up very, very tired by the appointment's beginning.
