Rebecca Helton is very caring and thorough with your health care. I appreciate her willingness to stay on top of my health. She's very genuine.

I really appreciated how thorough Ms. Helton was in determining what was going on with my issues. I know what I'm dealing with now, and I know she's a phone call away if I need to discuss future problems.

During my appointment I was extremely emotional but I was comforted, ensured, and had all of my questions answered by every member of the staff that I saw. I cannot express my gratitude enough! This provider is 1 million times better than the one I've been dealing with for the last eight years. Finally got me on a path to healing my gut issues. 100% recommend.

The provider is amazing and I love her! However, this is the second time I was waiting more than 40 minutes past my appointment time. I did my patient duties and logged on 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Which means I was really waiting about an hour for my appointment. The first time this happened it was an in person appointment and I had to end up cancelling due to not being seen in a timely manner. This is no reflection on the provider in anyway rather a reflection on the resources and scheduling of the facility.

The NP is great. The doctor is inassessible.
