I honestly felt that this provider listened to my history, my prior experiences, dealing with my issues and understood that I have been seeking treatment for my issues for the last 8 or nine years and have been getting absolutely horrible treatment from my prior gastric nurse practitioner. I felt that this new provider offered more current and up-to-date information, medications, and up-to-date treatments that for some reason we never offered to me. The new provider made me feel like there might actually be a treatment to give me my life back. Some hope is better than no hope. In the end if there is no cure or reduction in my symptoms, at least I know I've tried. And I feel like my visit to the new provider well at least give me the comfort knowing I saw about a second opinion, even if it took me so many years to do so. I did not realize how dreadful my old gastric provider was until I actually got better treatment and insight with this new provider.

I need to reschedule my procedure appointment. I need help getting my medicine. My insurance denied it.
