The people are warm and friendly. I am made to feel comfortable from checking in to leaving. Rebecca Helton is so good explaining why the visit was important and why a follow up appointment will be necessary. She is very detailed with her questions and explanations. I really appreciate working with her.

I was told to go to hospital in Shelby and the lab would have orders to do test that I would need to fast for 6 hours before going. I did not need an appointment nor do I know what test they are to do.
She just seemed bland. Not talking much at all as if she could care less about my care. Observed my stomach while I was sitting in chair instead of me laying on table to get a better feel. Was the quickest $70 I've ever spent.
