I was happy with the appointment once Dr Lyons came into the room, but I had been kept waiting for more than 30 minutes before then. I had an 8:45 am appointment and the doctor finally saw me at 9:35 am. This is not good enough. Would you still see me if I was 50 minutes late to the appointment?
Dr. Lyons is exceptional. She was very thorough and knowledgeable Her concern was not only to provide exceptional solutions for my present health, but also looking forward to the future to maintain that.
This was my first visit with Dr. Lyons. She listened carefully had good suggestions about course of care and was engaged with me the whole time. She was excellent!
I very much appreciated Dr Lyons taking the time to discuss the pros and cons of various screening tests I could have. I did not feel rushed and she gave me a lot of confidence about how she makes decisions and recommendations for patients.

I was asked to come 15 minutes early which I did but by the time I saw the doctor I had been there a full hour. As a result I didn't have enough time to really engage. You may consider the doctors time is more valuable that the patient's but as a patient I don't agree.
