I found the wait in the examination room to see Dr. Fox was rather lengthy.

There is not much privacy in this office because the walls are paper thin. When I was in the waiting room, the office with the number 100-05 was very loud and I heard everything that was going on in there with the patient

Person at check out desk had an attitude. Also, I arrived well before my appointment, was called back in appropriate time but then had to wait 40 minutes to be seen - this is inexcusable.

Dr. Fox has a great way of making you feel seen and heard.

Dr Fox was excellent & she inspired confidence in me as did her nurse.

Doctor and staff were pleasant and attentive.

My appointment was at 8:30. I was asked to arrive at 8:15. At 9:30, I had to leave the exam room in my gown to ask when the doctor would be in because I had to be somewhere else. The doctor was very apologetic, but was very far behind at such an early time of the day.
