Always keeps me waiting. This time, waited one hour. With zero acknowledgment
I arrived at 2pm for my 2:15pm appt (as requested). I waited in the lobby for 30mins before being called back, then I waited in the treatment room for 55mins before the doctor came in. I was there for an hour and 40 minutes total, and the doctor only spent 5 minutes with me. This is unacceptable.
My doctor is great. Trust her completely. The nurse (or person, not sure if she was nurse or assistant) lacked interest or care. She did not smile or offer any conversation during her time with me. She gave no instructions but did say she would tell Dr I was there.
After a little wait I was checked by the doctor. But when I went to do my blood work the lady in the lab ignored me for 15 mins. So I stood up to go get some help That's when she approach me and she didn't give Me any warning how painful it would be when she tied the tourniquet around my elbow. I have given blood before so I know how it goes.
I know Drs are busy and sometimes fall behind. My appointment was at 10:45 I came at 10:30 and finally left at 12:15ish.

Tamara Fox was informative, kind, and listened to my questions. She gave information, and recommendation without pressuring me one way or another.
