I am autistic. I do need assistance with my billing as I have a HSA account and Optum requires me to submit a receipt and a detailed report of the services provided with the doctors name address etc. I could be assisted with this if my providers sent the documents directly to Optum. Or if optum would provide me a credit card and before my appointment it was communicated the expected treatment and cost.

Dr. Fox was very thorough and spent a lot of time discussing my problem. We went over the options that I had regarding this problem.

Dr Tamara fox was very informative, gentle and listened. She took her time to answer all of my questions and did not rush me out of office. She is awesome and I would recommend everyone I know to her specifically!
