Ask questions to know more about what was going on with me. And once she got all the information, she explained what was wrong and what would be next. She was very understanding and took care of my medical need.

After the PA left, I was forgotten in the room for a 1/2 hour. I ended up going outside to see if anyone was there. There was one nurse who then aske my PA if I could go, and I could. Then I was to get blood work but no one told me if I had a prescription so went back to ask the nurse who asked the PA and he had called one in for me. I was kind of forgotten about.

I felt vulnerable with my concern and yesterday; I always appreciate a compassionate answer from my provider should they care to offer something!!!

I am waiting for the results of my Xrays, therefore, the provider will follow up with treatment.

Care provider was excellent as was her department. However, I did not like the way I had to make an appointment. The central phone is terrible. The lady was nice but the system is bad. I don't like explaining my condition with a strange telephone person. I want to talk with my clinic.

Needed relief from symptoms and happy to say treatment seems to be working
