Tracy Lachell and the nurse taking my vitals were friendly, informative and definitely made me feel comfortable talking to them both. Tracy in particular had an excellent manner when talking with me and was very helpful.
Very prompt response time which is super important & very reassuring.
I was treated so well, kindly, especially by the assistant (or RN?) who was working with Tracey the day of my visit. Tracey listened to me patiently and included me in thoughtful discussion regarding my treatment plan, and how to efficiently communicate with her any needs or questions I may have after I left the office. In my opinion, these types of interactions with your care team is the core of wellness and the real necessity for healing. Thank you!
