Ms. Lachell is fantastic. It was my first visit with her and I was impressed by how much she knew about me and my history from her review of my medical records prior to the visit. She was well prepared and knowledgeable and her bedside manner was excellent. She addressed all my concerns and followed up promptly with an overview of my test results. Overall, a great visit!

I had a quick non urgent health care question unrelated to this particular visit but related to a recent prior visit which the provider was able to give me a moment to discuss. Though she could only answer 2/3 of the issue I felt sure she would look into it for her own education. And we agreed on an appropriate timeline for follow up.

Tracy was amazing! She definitely listened to the everything I was telling her and I felt heard and understood. She is easy to talk to and very approachable. She also provided clear and concise instructions for me to follow and even said if I was having more pain after a certain time to come back and see her.
