Except for getting ill on a weekend, and the lack of adequate means of connecting (mychart and phone) everything was great.

Her patient customer service care was very professional and concerned. She was very helpful to explain what I was experiencing and knowledgeable in providing preventive care. I absolutely loved that. She was calm and insightful my God that was refreshing. I never felt rushed o felt like I was a priority.

Tracy was very thorough and professional... very attentive and very prepared for my exam. I was extremely impressed by her communication skills and attentiveness during the entire exam. I felt she was caring as to my well being and health concerns.

The delay in receiving care resulted from my doctor's office not responding to my message for 8 hours, resulting in setting up the video appointment the next day.

I had a rather tight timeline, but they were able to take same day, including diagnostic ct and by dinner time had meds and a plan forward. Excellent
