Melissa, NP is a knowledgeable and caring professional. She answered all my questions and we put together a plan that would work for me. I appreciate her time and patience during my visit.
She explained, in detail, options available to treat the condition I presented with at my first session. She used drawings to illustrate what her words meant. Being a visual learner these diagrams cleared up questions and concepts regarding my treatment plan.
She was personable, had reviewed my medical history, answered my questions, really took her time with me. Really liked her and impressed with her knowledge.
I was 15 min late and they asked me to reschedule...luckilly another space was open that same day. Melissa (?) PA took all the time we needed to talk through my history, and options for treatment. She was patient, non-judging, and honest. I must say I went with a negative expectation but she was excellent in every way!
