Melissa is wonderful. My appointment was 10 to 15 minutes late, I wish when you check in your told if the provider is running behind. At check out, there was only one employee to check in and check out. There were 4 to 5 people that were waiting in line. There really needs to be 2 employees. The girl working was pleasant and did her best with a good attitude. I could tell she was frustrated, I would be too as an employee, but also as a patient having to wait. Kudos to her!
