Excellent to the T

Excellent video visit. Discussed all of my questions about follow up surveillance of my volatile PSA results. Best method if physical exam not required.

It was my first time going to this practice. They were booked for several weeks initially but let me know when an earlier appointment became available. I was treated respectfully, taken seriously and given a clear treatment plan.

Melissa explained to me all I needed to hear from her.

This was a follow-up visit that I feel should have been done via video.

Melissa is great! She is always very willing to answer questions and give suggestions.

Provider was very nice and explained things well. Would have been nice had she reviewed by file before walking in the room. It came across as though she was playing catch up, Readying my file while asking questions at the same time and trying to put the whole picture together during the middle of the visit. Very nice facility but a little hard to navigate through the new Kenilworth facility
