I had no issues with Melissa, PA she was great. However, Atrium sent me a text to check in yet I waited 30 minutes because the workers said that does not work. Need to delete or get it working.

This was my first visit with the provider and l was very pleased.

I was given a prescription antibiotic. However, as of this date no one has called to tell me the results of the tests and the antibiotics that were prescribed. I had to find out from the pharmacy. Care is great, but the follow through is lacking.

Melissa was knowledgeable and professional, explained (visually - which for me is great) what's going on with my bladder and the different (class) medications available. Seemed a little rushed at the end, but I know they have a schedule to keep, and I appreciate more than ever a doctor's office that is on-time. p.s. Last 2 questions are the same.
