Took a long time to get an appointment from my initial issue, to the time of my appointment. The procedure and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and thorough. I left feeling very confident that we were on the right track, to resolve this issue.

I didn't like the video meeting but it works. I like to meet face to face when discussing something as important as potential prostate cancer. It's a pretty scary thing and meeting one on one would have made me feel better.
